1. GENERAL TERMS
1.1. This terms is a distance agreement between Luwels (after referred to as the Seller) and online store www.luwels.com customers (after referred to as the Customer) where are outlined rights and obligations of both sides, order of product ordering, delivery and payment opportunities, returns policy and other terms referred to purchase of goods.
1.2. Upon making a purchase, the Customer accepts the terms of use of the Online Store and is obligated to follow them.
1.3. The Seller has the right to alter the terms of use, prices of the products and types of paymenta and delivery. A notification about the changes made shall be published in the Online Store environment.
1.4. The right of making registrations and orders in online store www.luwels.com has next persons:
1.4.1. Adult individuals whose legitimacy is not limited to the court;
1.4.2. Minors only with the consent of the parents or guardian, except when they independently dispose of their own income;
1.4.3. Legal entities;
1.4.4. Authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.5. When Customers accepts the terms of use, he confirm that according to paragraph 1.4. of these terms he has right to make rewgistration and purchases in online store www.luwels.com.
2. CONTRACT OF PURCHASE AND SALE
2.1. Distance contract between the Customer and the Seller comes into force from the moment of order making.
2.2. After the purchase and sale contract conclusion, the goods chosen by the Buyer, the quantity, price, delivery time and other conditions become an integral part of the contract.
3. PRODUCT PRICES
3.1. All prices displayed in the online store are in euros and include a value-added tax.
3.2. Expenses for the delivery of goods are not included in the price..
3.3. The total amount of the order consists of the sum of the prices for all purchased goods and the sums for delivery.
3.4. The payment of orders should be done in euros (EUR) on the basis of the invoice
4. PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. After placing the order, the Customer receive invoice to its specified e-mail address and make payment by bank transfer.
4.2. The order will be ready for dispatch as soon as payment received. (To speed up the processing of the order, the seller recommends immediately after payment to send a payment order to the e-mail info@luwels.com).
4.3. The seller keeps the right to make changes in payment methods, notifying about changes in the online store.
5. DELIVERY OF GOODS
5.1. Online store www.monaok.com offers next opportunities of delivery of goods:
5.1.1 Receive parcel in one of parcel machines Omniva. Delivery cost in Latvia – 2,88 eur. Delivery cost in Lithuania and Estonia – 6,99 eur.
5.1.2. Receive parcel at the most convenience post office. Delivery cost in Latvia – 2,90 eur. Delivery cost to other countries – according to Latvian Post price list.
5.2. The Seller keeps right to change types and prices of delivery.
6. RETURNS POLICY
6.1. Customer has the right of refusal and exchange or return products within 14 days after receiving it.
6.2. Exchange and return of products is only possible under the following conditions:
6.2.1. Product shouldn’t be spoiled or lost presentation look and it shouldn’t have signs of having been worn (excluding fitting).
6.2.2. Products must be in its original packaging and all original tags must be attached. Packaging and tags shouldn’t be damaged and should be clean.
6.3. To use right of refusal You need to apply us the completed and signed form of refusal by sending it to info@luwels.com.
6.4. The Seller is obliged to return money not later that 30 days after sending the refusal form.
6.5. In case of using right of refusal, costs associated with sending products back, must be covered by the customer.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1. During placing the order the Customer must specify his personal data (name, surname, delivery address, phone number and e-mail address). These data are necessary for purchase registration, payment and product delivery.
7.2. The Customer, confirming these Rules, agrees to receive advertising information and other messages (information about the order, payment and delivery) to his e-mail.
7.3. The seller guarantees that the data of the Buyer will be used only for the purchases or direct marketing.
7.4. The Seller guarantees that the personal data of the Customer will not be disclosed to third parties, except for the delivery partners, who need the data to process the order.
8. INFORMATION EXCHANGE
8.1. The seller communicate with the Customer using the e-mail address and telephone number indicated in the registration form, but the Customer can use any communication channels specified in the online store www.luwels.com.
9. RESPONSIBILITY
9.1. The Customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data specified in the registration form. If the Seller has provided inaccurate data in the registration, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences resulting from this and has the right to demand compensation from the Seller for the damage caused.
9.2. Registered in the online store www.luwels.com persons bears full responsibility for their actions.
9.3. The Customer is fully responsible for the security of his data. If the registration data is used by a third party, the Customer is responsible for this by its own.
9.4. The seller in all possible conflict situations is released from any responsibility if the damage was caused because the Customer, despite the recommendations of the Seller, having undertaken the obligations, did not become acquainted with these rules, although he had such an opportunity.
9.5. In the event of losses, the guilty party reimburses the injured party for direct damage.
10. MARKETING ATIVITIES
10.1. The Seller has rights to organize different marketing activities and change or cancel the at any time.
11. OTHER CONDITIONS
11.1. Any disputes between the Customer and the Seller should be solved by negotiations. In case of impossibility to reach an agreement, the conflict is resolved by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
